Home on Paseo Alameda

Located in the former Holiday Inn hotel, this 80 m² apartment has been transformed through a comprehensive design renovation that turns the space into a unique piece of contemporary interior architecture.

The essence of the project lies in the sophisticated combination of materials and tones: from the depth of English blue in the kitchen —bringing personality without sacrificing elegance— to the selection of boldly patterned fabrics that converse with expressive works of art.

Mirrored wall panels along the hallway create a subtle play of reflections, visually expanding the space and enhancing the flow of natural light. In the living room, a bespoke piece of furniture blends natural stone with copper details, becoming a sculptural yet functional element that defines the home’s identity.

This project is a prime example of signature interior design in Valencia, where every decision is guided by a clear aesthetic vision: harmony, exclusivity, and emotion.
