Visitors will be able to learn about the interior architecture of this emblematic Valencian Art Deco building and see exclusive design pieces from 2022 in the studio’s showroom.

Laura Yerpes (L. Y.), interior design studio, will open the doors of its showroom, on the ground floor of the Finca Roja de València and will allow attendees to visit the interior of this emblematic Valencian Art Deco building, which dates back to 1933.

It will be a unique opportunity for lovers of architecture and design, since this building, listed as an Asset of Local Relevance, is normally closed to the public.

From September 19 to 23, on the occasion of Valencia Disseny Week, L. Y. will transform its studio for the occasion into a showroom with exclusive design and interior design pieces from 2022, for which it will collaborate with Valencian and Spanish brands.

The products, provided by the collaborating brands, will now serve to form part of the studio’s permanent showroom and will be selected for the online store that Laura Yerpes interior design studio will activate starting in September.

The Red Estate

La Finca Roja is a residential building built in 1933 on a block that borders Jesús, Albacete, Marvá and Maluquer streets, in the Extramurs district. This complex of 378 homes has an interior patio accessible to neighbors through interior passages. Access will be allowed to visitors during València Design Week.

The use of exposed red brick, which gives the building its name, introduces variations in the ceramic ornamental elements. It occupies a plot of 15,251 square meters and was inhabited in 1935. Since then, it has maintained its original structure.
